The lot was very small and difficult to back the trailer for return. When I picked up the trailer the hitch was in the ground. When I lifted the hitch to secure it on my trailer ball I hurt my back. Other than that customer service was great. Adding a lift jack to the bigger trailers would be a big improvement.
