When I arrived to pick up my rental, the office was closed and no one was around. I had to call the central scheduling number to get them to find out where the employees were. They said to give him 10 minutes to arrive. 20 minutes later he finally arrived. He gave no apology for being late, nor did he seem to care. Although I reserved a dolly and pads, he provided none. He said I had to go to another location to get those.
