I made a reservation for a location in my area however they emailed me two days before my pickup informing me that I would have to pick an hour away. That is not okay, if the customer has a pick close to there home try to help by providing assistance. Pick the equipment and take it to the location they picked or try to get it closer. What that person don't have a vehicle? Be more accommodating. The guy at the location was nice and he showed me how to work the equipment.

Daniel BI paid in full before the rental, got in the truck and the tank was just about on empty. Filled up the gas tank and only used about a quarter tank. The experience was overall great. Except for over a month later and I was charged $29.90 more. Not sure why???

I had to drive past my destination to pick up the truck, drive back to my house, load up and then drive back to my destination. There were apparently no other trucks available? Otherwise, an excellent experience, particularly the people staffing the location.
peter mHaving a clip or hook for the door to be held shut would be my only advice. On bumpy roads it tends to come undone. (twice for me)

THEODORE JThere is no need to improve anything at this location. The truck was practically new, had very low miles. It was easy loading and easy driving. The people at the location made some very good suggestions and looked into ways of saving money. Their explanation of all the costs was thorough. Overall, a really good place to rent a U Haul truck.

SHAWN CThe employees here were great to work with. I was in a hurry and there was an issue with the gas gauge on the truck. I needed to bring the fuel back up to half tank, but after putting in $30 of fuel the guage didn't move. My calculations were that 11-12 gallons would do that. The employees there had seen this same issue before with other Ford trucks and suggested that I start the truck and let it run to see if the gauge would climb. It took about 20 mins to make sure that I had sufficient fuel and this made me late for an appointment. The employees at this location were great in working with me while I waited and I would recommend this location to anyone. I may not on the other hand though want to rent one of these trucks again until there is a fix for the fuel gauge issue.
THOMAS MA little more attention to detail. The proscribed list of things that they were supposed to do at the time of leasing wasn't done, i.e. mirrors weren't adjusted, wasn't shown how to access the slide ramp,etc.
ORTLEPP WThese people were very helpful. They helped me arrange for the truck and explained the whole process ahead of time.
