We picked up the U-Haul from a convenience store location that had two trucks. The staff there didn’t really know the process and were doing everything online with someone else. That part was fine, but we had also ordered some equipment, which they didn’t have. They told us to pick it up from the Dugal location. When we got there, the dolly we ordered wasn’t available, and we were told they shouldn't have sent us without confirming first. Luckily, the lady at Dugal was very helpful and managed to arrange the equipment for us. The next day, when we dropped off the truck, we found out that the original location had charged our $100 deposit as cash in the system, even though we paid by credit card. Now we have to wait for a check to arrive by mail to get our money back. Overall, we were not happy with the pick-up location at all.
