Provide hands on training for clerks tasked with processing a rental contract. Attendant was polite & well meaning but seemingly inexperienced, resulting in a tediously slow, never ending process while my volunteer moving crew was waiting! In addition when your clerk attempted to put the dolly in the box via the rollup door, he discovered it was frozen/seized in place, thus causing him to put the dolly on floor ahead of passenger seat instead! When I objected & informed him that situation was not acceptable, he claimed it was not his responsibility, but did finally offer to try to resolve issue which he eventually did. Unbelievable !! Never again from an independent, satellite agent. The convenient pickup location is totally overshadowed by the unacceptably delayed rental process, especially compared to my previous experiences with you !! Thanks & best regards , Chris Rappé

The truck was full of snow and ice with no tools to clean off. Consider leaving equipment in truck. Otherwise location was great
LAWRENCE LThis location was very difficult to deal with. They didnt appear to know how to process the uhaul pickup. The back truck gate barely opened and was constantly getting stuck, and we had to jumper the truck 3 times over the course of our two day reservation. For the icing on the cake… when i brought the truck back i was told it had to be brought to a different location because they didnt have space. I had to fight with the guy over the drop off even thougg my reservation was clearly set up for drop off at that location..ive used uhaul before with no issue and an overall good experience. But this location added un needed and un wanted stress and frustration on an already crazy two days of moving. Will not recommend and will not be using this location again
TYLER AThe dolly I ordered was not in the truck It took a very long time (literally a half hour) to check me in at the counter. Kept getting interrupted by lottery customers, etc at this convenience store location and attendant working by himself
Rich MWe picked up the U-Haul from a convenience store location that had two trucks. The staff there didn’t really know the process and were doing everything online with someone else. That part was fine, but we had also ordered some equipment, which they didn’t have. They told us to pick it up from the Dugal location. When we got there, the dolly we ordered wasn’t available, and we were told they shouldn't have sent us without confirming first. Luckily, the lady at Dugal was very helpful and managed to arrange the equipment for us. The next day, when we dropped off the truck, we found out that the original location had charged our $100 deposit as cash in the system, even though we paid by credit card. Now we have to wait for a check to arrive by mail to get our money back. Overall, we were not happy with the pick-up location at all.
