Jose MIf a customer has a scheduled date and time to pick up their vehicle, it should be ready to pull out of their driveway immediately. Once I arrived, I had to shovel and brush snow around and off of the uhaul in order to leave. I am fortunate to have brought my own shovel and snow brush because this location couldn’t offer any to me. I would not recommend this location, the people running this area do not care for the equipment or having it ready for the customer.
Zachary DNothing wrong with the location. The vehicle is in poor condition. The truck pulls hard to the left. The steering wheel is off center. The headlights are aimed towards the right ditch. There is an exhaust leak below the cab which not only smells but is extremely noisy when driving. This truck needs some TLC but probably hasn’t seen any since it was last inspected almost a year ago.

henry mThe Uhaul is run from a convenience store. They put wrong starting odometer reading in my bill, and upon calling them said they would check and call me back but I’m still waiting for my callback. I only drove 11km and was charged for around 25km

Casey LThey went above and beyond to help but when they tried to get help they could not get proper assistance the fuel amount even though confirmed when picked up was wrong in the computer had we not had pictures we would have been charged 138 as the computer said an incorrect amount. Your systems are not very well maintained.

PHILL RThere was a lock on the back door from a previous customer and there was not a key to open it. Therefore we had to break the lock. I happen to have good neighbours with a bolt cutter but that may have not been the case for someone else. We were given permission to break the lock and he apologized for any inconvenience it may have cause. Overall the price was right and will definitely rent from that location again
Tonya DMaybe have easier access. It's not super easy getting a 26 foot truck into a 4 car parking space lot that has 5 foot snow banks.

Manu BI was also charged twice on my master card statement for $140+ on my Mastercard & no one will help.. its not our problem.. oh well.... call this number, i did (5 times and got the run around each time or hung up on PLUS im disabled so i had to hire 2 ppl to help me with the truck which wasn't even there (i pre paid to make sure i got the truck and trailer as package. NOPE just a random uphaul.. honestly worst experience... dropped it off early because i was so upset they gave me a hard time and said drive it to another uhaul place location 3 times 3 different place and ppl..rude the could care else.. to top it all off i had to pay $140and MasterCard wasn't charged it's just a hold..... NOPE if you haven't already figured it out I actually paid 4 times.. twice on my Mastercard different amount but still sitting at $148ish &$ 142ish then $150cash at store and then then the same at the end.. another $150cash at the last store just so the would take it back otherwise U-Haul was coming after me at for $1000 each day plus because the truck had to go someplace in town. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL that whole mess cost me $1100.. I get $1526.87 a month for my CPP-D thats it so imagen that month and the ones that followed because i could never get ahead, late on rent bills and no Christmas im blessed my family are so amazing that nobody exchanged gifts so i didn't have to feel like a complete loser, piece of crap cuz i could buy for my son 14yr and daughter 4, my familt kicked ass even more this yr so i didn't have to feel that way amazing.... they sucked me dry and will never go back, even when i reached out for help i tossed away like i was scum. I am a nurse in the ER but off work on disability because a truck couldn't wait 3 more seconds before he turned only to tblow into truck , where at that point i was up in the air spinning and then rolling all over the hwy only and end up sideways on a hydro poll with my truck in flame and a stranger risked his life to save me as he pulled me out though the passenger window even though I was sideways in a burning truck with a seatbelt t that wouldn't unbuckle .... See i am someone, i'm more educated then thses ppl but they made me feel like shit, I will never forget this experience. i can ttalk about it anymore cuz im just gonna get pissed off agin and still nothing will be done
Daniel KThe locations is the best! Employees super friendly and it was the most beauty of uhaul very modern inside and in perfect condition. The price was reasonable and I got the uhaul stuck in some deep snow and was an hour late and the employee was so understanding and sweet and didn’t charge me! Good place !

Andrew WMy book g was for 4 hours, made online with U-Haul…I actually only used the truck for 2 1/2 hours…my confirmation from U-Haul said I had booked for only 3 hours ??? When I was booking, online, I tried 6 or 7 times before I realized that addressing my location as ON instead of Ontario could have been made a lot clearer ! Your online booking system needs to be clearer ! The service I received from the Quick-Mart was excellent and very helpful !!! Very nice people at this location !
Chris KPerson asked me to take the truck to another location than said I was over my mileage she didn’t know how to subtract the mileage so she would have to charge me $ 12.00. I figured paying it was easier than spending more time there. So I told her she would charge me even more to take it another twenty kilometres so I don’t get it. Terrible service clearly never has had experience renting. Very upset with extra charge and 29 minute checkout.

Allan RPut blankets in the truck fix the dollies fix the interior so shits usable put a real tachometer on the trucks so you can drive it properly, provide straps or ropes to tie off stuff make the trucks more accessable so when i reserve a truck for 12 assholes dont call me and tell me buddy wont be back for another 5 hours
