This location was not the location that I booked the reservation through. This new location originally told me they could not guarantee a vehicle for the time I needed it. It wasn't until I told them I would search somewhere else for a vehicle that they called me back and arranged a suitable pick up time for me

Not sure how whole.process works so they lie instead of saying they don't know. Took $100 cash deposit and promised id get it back in cash and I had to wait 4 day ls for it to be reversed to the card that was used to book the uhaul.

the Uhaul agency located on Lasalle Boul in Sudbury steals customers. it lacks equipment and overcharging. a real crook

The store said it was open until 5pm, and so I brought the truck and keys to drop off at 2pm, but was told I couldn't drop off the truck at all, he then called his manager because I said that the store is supposed to be open, as stated on the online hours posted for the U-Haul store. His manger also told him to tell me I could not drop off the truck and to bring it back tomorrow. Later on after reviewing an email from U-Haul, I saw the link to drop off the truck via your U-Haul app, and so that's what I did, due to the fact that I wouldn't have transportation to return home on the following day after dropping the truck off. The extra trip to and from the store and house in the rented truck, caused the mileage to exceed the allotted amount the goes with cost of renting the truck.

I reserved my truck 2 weeks in advance, the truck got switched around 3 times on me and when when i finally showed up on the day of pick up, the lady told me they don't deal with uhaul, so i called Hq, and they gladly found me another truck for the next day, at a good discounted price, and they were polite unlike the lady at the dealer. I went to pick up the truck the next day and the gentleman at the counter got me all set up and running, was a good experience.

Nice enough guys bit a bit disorganized. Truck wasn't stocked for my arrival so a bit of a delay. They did however Lysol wipe down entire dashboard, steering wheel and seat before my eyes.

I would recommend it because it is close by, but because it is in a corner store, those customers take priority so may result in longer times. I highly recommend doing everything you can online before going in .

All the equipment was not there. Had to go to a different location to pick up. Location is a convenience store and clerk stopped serving me every time another customer came in. More than 30 minutes to pick up plus another 20 minutes to go pick up the balance of rented equipment.

Side business to variety store, which is fine, but Uhaul customers should not have to stand there and watch people come and go buying lottery tickets waiting for attendant to come back and forth to get the rental out or back.

The truck I rented had a major exhaust leak and filled the cab with fumes and was stupid loud ! We couldn't close the windows due to fumes entering cab . Staff at the location I choose had no clue how to run uhaul. Worst experience with a rental company ever. Will not return to u haul .

I've rented trucks from uhaul 3 times in the last 7 months, and have never had an experience like I had this past weekend at the Lasalle Kwik Way. All communication I got from uhaul indicated that the Lasalle Kwik Way was to be the pick-up and drop off location for the truck. However, when I went to drop off the truck, the employee said that I had to in fact drop the truck off at a different location. I never received anything in writing from uhaul telling me that the drop-off location had changed, and only had the employees word of mouth. I felt that this was extremely unprofessional, and the process of asking me to bring the truck back someplace else, once I'm already at the location I was instructed to go to in writing is not right.

Check vehicles being rented. My U-Haul 6x12 cargo trailer had 2 burnt out lights (left rear signal and right front marker light). The person in charge of renting the trailer to me was not knowledgeable on trailers.
