The only reason I rated 4 and not 5 was because the bad training they gave to the new employee. Was her first day and I was the first customer. She did all she could and at the end was done correctly, but definitely she was not train correctly. She did a great service and was very customer oriented and will be better in the future. Thanks

When I dropped the trailer off, there was no offer at all to help unhook and picking up the tongue on your 6 x 12 enclosed is a bit much for a 80 year old man

Location was fine but after reserving a car hauler weeks in advance I was notified the day prior to pick up that the trailer was 45 minutes away. No help from customer service.

When we arrived and explained to Laso Wrecker Service the situation as to why we didn't take the unit to Pensacola which by the way was further more miles, they were very helpful with settling the contract to our satisfaction.

The truck was new. It was not cleaned out. The cab was filthy. The gentleman that rented the truck didn't even walk us out to the truck to go over it with us. We had to go find the truck by a number.

The trailer was old but worked fine. However, the rented blankets were very dirty, and one was partially cut up with a piece missing.

The staff at Laso went above and beyond all expectations to make sure that i was taken care of.. Their service was exempliary to any i have dealt with!! When we were asked for a drop off location - a Glenpool OK dropoff was not on the list of drop offs. I don't know if it is a system problem or a representative problem.

right rear tail light burnt out. Someone, instead of changing bulb and putting 3 screws back into the plate, put POP RIVETS into it so the bulb can NEVER BE CHANGED. The state trooper who pulled me over in a driving rain didnt think it was funny either. He didn't think the uhauler's suggestion of driving in circles was very entertaining either. GET YOU G.D. ACT TOGETHER OR GET INTO ANOTHER LINE OF BUSINESS!! I received a whole $25 off my next rental for uhaul endangering my & my family's lives by you people being cheapasses... congrats. I think I'll find a new van line next time and so will anyone I speak to. I only wish I had some way of contacting Conan O'brien on this one, I reaaaally do. Kudos.
