Kearstin BWhile the location was great and I would definitely recommend, the process was the worst. Not the pick up of the trailer but the return. The App didn't work like it should. I didn't like the fact that if the app wasn't used I would be charged an extra 20.00. Well the app didn't work which lead to a little frustration on my part. I took lots of pictures, I even called customer service. Then the app started working so I had to repeat the picture taking. All this and apparently it still didn't register that I had returned it. I received a call from a U-Haul rep asking if I had returned it. After I told them I had, they then called the location to verify. Why not call the location first? Seems like there can be lots of improvements. While the location was great, I honestly didn't like the idea of dropping the trailer off at an unsecure location. Seems a little risky to me. I know if this were my business I wouldn't have my stuff left out for anyone to have access to.
ALBERT BVery friendly and knowledgeable staff. Appreciate that. The downside is that there are no moving supplies, so you have to go to an additional location to get boxes and packing material.
BRIAN PThe individuals working this location do not know much about the equipment they’re using. Luckily I worked at U-Haul and understood how to hook up equipment along with the safety checks before leaving the location.
Alexander II had to ask for help getting the trailer off of the hitch. I’m female.
