Arrived at the location, I did check in and when I open the box, there is no key. I waited like 30 mins and called the number but no one would pick up. It was the back of a store so there was no one I could ask. After 45 mins of arriving a lady comes out the back door and told me I had to go inside the store because I had to sign some contract for her to give me the key...(it was contact-less pick up so I shouldn't have to sign or talk to anyone) Then when I went around I entered the store and the lady said "oh no, you did finish so you don't need to sign anything" and just gave me the key. I was already 1 hour late so I had to rush and leave just to notice when I arrived to the place that they forgot to put the Dolly and the blankets I PAYED for inside the truck!!! So I had to do the move without the Dolly or the blankets! I called and a rep told me he would process the refund but yesterday I saw my account and no refund was processed. I got billed for everything.... Terrible service.

Horrible experience. Res was cancelled and moved to a Spanish only speaking location. Waited 2.5 hours at site before location opened only to learn that I was switched to a “mobile res” scenario which so never elected. Operator was very kind in navigating me through process and checkin. However, the authorization process is incredibly poor, eg asking in real-time on a Saturday morning fir 2 phone number/referrals that are called informed that “…if I don’t return” is the reason for them being called. Both of which texted me asking if I needed help and what is wrong, credit issues, etc. This is only trumped by the F’s t that the vehicle had actual cobwebs and ALL pictures on site were of a new vehicle and not even close to the dilapidated vehicle I was assigned. Lastly, I wasted another hour of gas and time after waiting 3 + hours to find a location that had a dolly as the location (I payed for to be in truck) did not have one. I should receive s full credit for the hours of inconvenience and wasted gas, time and headache all the while taking a min incredibly dirty vehicle that lacked even a wet towel having been wiped over it. nelsymar pThis was my worst experience with Uhaul. I will never use a dealer again. I did the online pickup with the help of an agent and did not get a code to get the key. Then I had to wait 2 hrs for the store to open and when I tried to call the store, the owner who did not speak any English , kept hanging up on me. It was a nightmare. I give this store a zero

John HThe staff doesn't speak English. The vehicle dashboard you couldn't see through to see the gauges. The moving blankets were old and shedding. We were delayed by 45 mins because the truck was not at the sight nor ready. The door in the back was not easy to open and when it did it went up so fast it almost pulled your arm out of the socket and it actually broke the key change that was on the keys, Dolly was not helpful because it did not convert to move furniture as requested. Bad experience all away around!

CHAD WDidn’t get the truck until an hour later, once I dropped of the truck it took longer than usual just a bad experience dropping and picking up the truck .

LEONARDO AThe agent at this location told us we could return our truck at any location near our home which was not true we has to drive another 4 extra miles to return it at the shop she choose. When we ask about the selection she made she stated don't worry about it your fine so that was an incorrect and when we took it to another location they threaten to change an additional $100.00 to return it there. The agent was not aware of the companies policy which had us waiting over an one hour to get someone on the phone to help which was no help. They also had the wrong home address on the contract...smh😥
