I have used Laughlin Self Storage twice now. I will also use it again should the need arise. It feels safe. It's clean. The employees are all great. Prices seem reasonable and there are several size options available for a unit.

Further, he is always willing to help us out with any issues with our storage units. He is a great asset to this company.
Steve T | Overall ExperienceWe were very happy with the facility. Our only problem is There was a medical issue which prevented us from move out prior to our billing end date. We contacted the office to notify them we would need a few more days and had them charge our account. The charge was for a full month but when we moved our 11 days later we were told they would not refund the unused balance of 19 days. I explained I would not have paid the full month if they had indicated they don't do refunds for unused time. We are waiting for someone to call to advise if they will refund the balance do to our situation. I'm hoping they will as they are otherwise a great facility and I would not hesitate to recommend to others and use them again.
