Make sure that when there is a one way trip where vehicle gets dropped off that there is a drop of box was at the laundromat for 2 hours calling and looking around for drop off box finally got a hold of someone he was sleeping in the back & he said that keys get given to him very unprofessional did get home til midnight because of the drop off situation

Charges were much higher than close by location for the same option. Some how hidden fees showed up on the bill, not to mention miles registered were more than what navigation showed.

This location is the worst they had me waiting like 30 minutes when I did everything online so that it can be faster. The service really bad.
