After a bad start at another location, I. Called UHaul and we were sent to this place and received excellent service. The gentleman was helpful and called to be sure we knew how to get to his office to rent the truck. He also gave us directions to the truck and how to get it and return it. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend this location. My issue prior to arriving at this location , No one told me you have to do everything online. I spoke to people, at the Carnesville Piggly Wiggly, they never said all check out is an online process. I also record a call from Roy and he never said check out was an online process. So I was surprise when no one could help me. I called UHaul and the lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful directing me to Lavonia Self Storage. Once again, a great experience with these people and I will use them again. What do people do who don’t have internet access?

Our Uhaul experience was very good, customer service very good. The Manager was very helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing that wasn't helpful at all was that the truck only had 1/2 tank of gas. We had to stop first to fill up before starting our 600 mile trip. That was a time consuming hassle.

Have a representative on location. This experience was a nightmare. All I wanted to do was rent a simple truck. I was there for over 2 hours with about 8-10 phone calls. And almost all of those kept pushing me off to someone else. All I heard was I'm not able to help you with that. Thank God I don't rent trucks often.

Upon dropping off equipment no one was there to receive or help with the equipment. Had to call someone else to help unhook trailer as I was unable since I has a disability. No one was on site to assist and could not reach anyone at numbers provided. Had to call uhaul to assure would not end up paying for an additional day. All in all from the very start our experience was not pleasant.

Easier and fast check in. Was supposed to pick up at 8 but the check in process didn’t have us leaving until over a hour early. The gas tank was on empty spent more money putting gas in. Also requested two furniture dollys only had one.

Drop Off location was changed to a different location 15 miles away from the one selected at reservation. This was not a manned location. Had to check out with app and leave key in drop box.

I was charged for gas but I did fill to the line it was at when I received the truck. This is not a manned site and would have rather had someone there to verify all was well with the return rather than receive a receipt later with the extra charge.

I was given a time & pick up location ....no one there.......finally got the contact on the phone where he had access to a computer to get me signed in to go. Never saw this person. Truck was as ordered w/ pads. Contact said key was under the seat after we were cleared to take the truck. Had 1/4 tank of gas so I could not go far before stopping.

Trucks are governed to low. 20 mps is crazy. Our truck was clean we didnt get $25 back.
