The van was dirty and smelled bad. The driver’s power window didn’t work. The right turn signal sometimes didn’t work probably due to a blown bulb.

JOEL BVehicle was there and even though I had a reservation, they didn't want to initially honour my reservation. I went to pick the vehicle up at 530. As per the agent at the store the next rental for the vehicle was at 8pm. They wanted to hold the vehicle in case the person wanted to come early. I had to call back customer service and the agent had to ask his manager before they would honor my rental. Furthermore I asked him to check the vehicle upon my return as I wanted to show him there wasn't any damage and to show the gas needle was. The agent said just take a picture. The agent customer service at the rental location was horrendous

mridul aThe worker wasn’t helpful at all. He wasn’t even there at the scheduled time. He was away and late for 20 minutes. When I need help even when I was in line first he just went to help another person that’s buying cigarettes and left me there waiting. I can hardly understand his English. Terrible experience.
