I was scheduled to pick up my dolly at 4 pm. There was no one there. I called 1-800-GO-UHAUL and was transferred to the truck division. They couldn't help me either. Finally, I got to a scheduling manager of some kind. She was able to approve the pick up telephonically. There was another customer there to pick up a truck. He gave up and left. I finally left at 4:30 and there was still no one on site. If they weren't the only one that had a car dolly, I certainly would have gone elsewhere. I will never go back to this location.
