Uhaul system was slow. I waited a total of almost an hour during check out and check in for the system to process information. During my check out, the customer service rep was non-responsive for more than 10 minutes, even when I repeatedly asked for an update.Chris K.

First let me say I work in Customer service and have never left a bad review for anyone before. I initially reserved the truck for a location within a mile of my home. I was literally moving a fridge around the block, and your company moved the reservation across town. I was called 2 hours before my schedule pick and asked if I could come in early because â€œshe had a class and didn't want to wait for me to get there for my scheduled time. I reserved 1 dolly and was charged for 2 and was charged a gasoline fee when I only drove 9 miles. I have a picture of what I left the gas tank at and the needle never moved. The first quote was $47.00 and was charged $110.24 for all the mistakes. When I called there was no response. This the one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had.Cecilia P.

Wrong truck size, charged everything up front, not accounting for actual mileage. Place was not staffed, and didn't tell me about check in and check out procedure. Just told me when I was done to â€œthrow the keys in the after hours boxâ€ then charged me after.Ryan G.

Debbie at this location was amazing! By the time I got to her I have NEVER been so frustrated dealing with any company in my life!!!! Absolutely NO ONE knows what's going on. Everyone I spoke with gave me a different answer. I strongly recommend training for your employees so they are all on the same page!Mary W.

the office lady couldn't sign in her computer and made me download the app and do it all myself. the reason why I GO to a Uhaul place is so I don't have to deal with all the app stuff. I'm moving and need to get on the road ASAP don't have time to download apps on my phone and deal with extra stuffphilip G.

I understand this company is new to renting U-Haul trucks and this was the first time this particular employee had used the system. We appreciate her figuring it out. Unfortunately it took over an hour to get the reservation right in the computer, get the key out of the box, and clean out the truck (it had not been swept). On the plus side it was cheaper than using the online system.Thomas S.

If the gasoline indicator is just barely less than where it was given the customer a break don't charge a price for gas that is ridiculous. Otherwise everything was in over and beyond quality service thank you again.Theola C.
