EDGAR AI am not sure what to make of this, we dropped the equipment off 12 hours early but the location we were dropping off at was not open on Sundays so we parked the truck and dropped the keys in the drop box. I got charged for after hours service I can only assume was from us dropping the equipment off when they were closed. We used to operate a uhaul rental and this was new for me because we never got to charge customers for dropping off after hours. I thought the location would have been happy that we brought them more equipment but I guess they only want it if they are there to handle check in.

Joshua SI will say, while everything was nice including the truck itself, we were given it with about a quarter of gas left. I know those trucks can guzzle gas and it really wasn’t much of an issue at all, but it would still be nice to have more gas in the truck for longer drives. Other than that customer service was amazing and very informative. Overall everything was great and I would recommend to anybody :)

Larry BThe truck was not at the location that the Uhaul Rep emailed us. Upon arriving, we waiting on hold with their customer service number for 1 hour and 24 minutes, only to be told that the truck wasn't processed there and we would have to drive to another location that they found, 20 min away. All of this happening after a 10 hour drive to Birmingham, and waiting on hold still with uhaul for a correction of our bill since this was not a "guaranteed reservation", and then the truck itself was in awful mechanical condition, very difficult to drive.
DONALD OGet trucks in local areas so you don’t have to drive an hour outside of town. Honor your original reservations.
WENDY RThe air conditioning did not work in a 26ft truck on June 17th. Temperatures were in 90's with heat index in Birmingham, AL. This experience was totally wrong. One of the main functions during any move is to be able to exert the energy necessary to complete the job. No air conditioning made the job three times as difficult and uncomfortable.

RICHARD AThe process of checking out a vehicle on line is far too irritating. I'd much rather deal with an actual human being in front of me. I will not rent from U-Haul again. I'd rather just hire a moving company and be done with it.

Jocelyn FLD Cut and Print were great. Very accommodating with such a short notice, great Uhaul for rent. Dealing with Uhaul itself was quite the headache. I reserved the Uhaul one week in advance and I was called the day before, very last second, which I realize is when they said they would call. The problem was that less than 24 hours from when I was to rent the vehicle, I was informed that the pickup location was further away and an hour and 45 minutes later than when I reserved it. The message left said this was the only vehicle of that size in the area. At this point we have already hired movers at a particular time, which makes this very inconvenient. We go to the later, different location for pickup and Uhaul failed to note that the particular location is closed on Mondays. We were finally moved to LD Cut & Print, who were happy to help. I feel like they probably had the truck the whole time as well...
Hunter EThere were several issues with the company website that made check in to get my vehicle key difficult. The website overall had many issues. However, Matt and his brother fixed everything! They made themselves available anytime I needed help or had a question. They were awesome!

GEORGE MDon't let people attempt to rent equipment that isn't available. Had I known I wouldn't be able to rent a furniture dolly I'd have chosen a different pickup location. For the second question I wouldn't recommend the location but I also wouldn't recommend avoiding it either.

MARTIE HWhen I returned the truck, 7 hours later, I was told the receipt would be e-mailed to me. One and a half hours later it was e-mailed to me. I was charged for two day rental. Called customer service and I was told a manager would look into it and contact me back three to five business days. Strange way of doing customer service. I rent trucks and trailers from U-Haul every month for my job. Been taken advantage financially three times over the last ten months at over $275 in “penalties”. Never “won” a dispute with U-haul.

William CI would love to see dolly wheels on your trailers. It would be easier on your vendors backs as well as the renters. You may have good logic why you don't use dolly wheels but as a marine retailers that sells boat trailers everyday I don't see it .
JOHN TU-Haul texted me to pick up truck at this location. Unfortunately they did not have all of the blankets nor any dollies so I had to go to another location which was a nuisance.

Would definitely recommend this location to anyone else, and would go to them again the next time I have any rental needs. 5 stars!

AARON Bthe gentlemen were helpful, unfortunately U-Haul did not live up to what they said in regards to the price match.The truck was supposed to be 17ft and set me up with a 15ft. they where also suppose to give me a tank of gas free with the price match still trying to get that ...they are trying to charge me 170.00 for a tank of gas!!!
melissa wthe young man here was very helpful. He was courteous and professional in every way, as well as friendly. he quickly performed a safety check, then performed the hookup to my truck. a very quick experience. His lot was spaceous and easily navigated with most any size vehicle..
