It took me one hour to finish the registration and receiving the van , got charged more for km , the were very busy to close the file when I got back , so I left without closing it. I rented it for about one hour but the file was closed the next day.

On my arrival, my truck was not ready, they said that the last customer didn't return so I had to wait 30 mins before I get the next one. On my return drop off, the clerk didn't close until next day which I didn't get the bill until that day. Than the bill is charged too many miles vs what I did . I had to contact the customer service..waist of time ! Prices are very high compared to what is advertised.
