Keith HThe truck was in good shape except for the mirrors. The mirrors are taped on and you can not move them to adjust your view. Because of this we could not see the side view of the truck at all which is kinda dangerous. But, the sevice at this location was above excellent. They explained everything very well and were super friendly. Very helpful.

I have pictures when i picked it up and when i dropped it off so we will see on my dispute if it will go further since i do have supporting documents. (it wasn't much but i don't like anyone to steal money from me. I have rented many U-hauls but will be changing company's.

It is unfortunately a rare thing in this day and age to be welcomed and thanked for one's business the way that I was. It's a small thing, but it goes a long way. The trailer was also clean and functioned properly. The folks at LaMerche earned my future business.
