Great service overall. However, if you expect clients to be timely, you should hold yourself to the same expectation. Verifying and approving my rental took over 30 minutes and I was given no heads up. I reserved the van at least an hour in a advance, ample time to verify me before, not after, the billed rental time starts. Thanks.
