I was told that there was no truck for there until I showed proof and I asked to be able to drop it off anywhere in Columbia and he put a designated location. And I had call the 800 number and get it switched terrible experience

Randy SPick up locations need to be explained in detail, the person who drops off need to leave keys in the designated spot. The transaction person needs to be on time, the calling back an forth was ridiculous. A better process needs to be changed. The truck was not clean. Not a very smooth experience at all

Michelle GLearn to speak english. Once I've reserved online, should not have stand there for an hour waiting on the truck. I reserved furniture pads online and site only had half of what was requested. Not a good experience, but when you're the only show in town uhaul gets gets the money, rest assured if something was available i would have taken it.

TYRONE PThe automated check-in at the drop off location worked great which was a good thing because no one was there. I suggest this vendor put up a sign out saying please return the key to the next door gas station store clerk. Which is what I did and is apparently what is expected. There was no key drop box.
