The system was apparently not working nationwide. I was unable to make my reservation on line. I called to confirm they had the truck size I wanted, when I arrived. I was told that I could not rent the truck size promised to me because now the system told them there was another reservation. I had no choice but to rent the larger more expensive truck. I was only given enough miles to drive directly to the drop off, not enough miles to drive to the location I had to pickup the item, then to my home then to the drop off point.
