Charges ($17) for pads (which I did not order) and a dolly have not been refunded to me despite multiple attempts to contact this location. Neither were in the vehicle at the time of pick up. I refused to complete the charge at drop off but was charged anyway. The phone for this location has been disconnected. Multiple attempts to contact via message have gone ignored. Corporate customer service has been no help. I honestly never want to rent from UHaul (any location) again because of this communication problem.
