john wHad to wait over an hour and one half for equipment due to customers not honoring their agreement to get item back in time. Lee’s was helpful in trying to find an alternate site for equipment when an unscheduled return came in. The car hauler itself was fine but the electrical connection had been dragged on the pavement and the connector was damaged. I was able to open up the pin connection enough to get good contact. The ratchets on this hauler were very corroded and hard to use so some WD 40 or other rust/corrosion preventative would be needed. All in all Lee’s staff were very professional and provided great customer service.

Randall POur pick up was switched to this site, 32 miles from requested site. Upon arrival, in a 24 hour site, cell service (AT&T) was terrible and the app took forever to process. Meanwhile, the rental truck was blocked by the site owner's tow truck. We waited 20 minutes on hold, through three transfers, to resolve the blocked exit. Then waited 15 minutes for the owner to show up to move his truck. When he arrived, unhappy for the inconvenience of moving his damn truck, he said nothing. No apology for delaying us, for the inconvenience, nothing. The man has zero customer relations skills. His crew working in the shop, without a key to the truck WAS great--there was nothing they could do to help. Future tip: if using 24 hour on-line pick-up in rural America make sure you have adequate cellular service from the major national carriers.
