They didn’t speak English. We waited 20 minutes for a receipt and only got a handwritten one which they misspelled UhAul. I called uhaul customer service and they said it was fine to leave it but to take pictures. I took many photos then went online to checkout. I would not ever recommend this store as a UhAul pickup or drop off.

Matthew SThis location.... Absolute worst customer service experience. They were argumentative and very rude. I have never had such an awful experience with Uhaul and I have used this company many many times. I was bounced around to several locations, because even though I made a reservation, the trucks were not available.
Ruben RContact establishment and inform them that it is not the customers responsibility to place equipment in the area they prefer. The equipment was picked up completely hitched and ready to go. When trying to turn it in the lady wanted me to disconnect the trailer and park in a specific location and then move the truck somewhere else. When I told her that was her responsibility she said she didn’t work for U haul. As a proprietor I told her it was her responsibility that if something were to happen to the equipment during this process she would try to place the blame on me. Therefore I parked the truck out of the way and left it hooked together just like it was when I picked it up.

LESLIE JIf I don't return the truck with the adequate fuel I get charged, but if I return the truck with extra fuel I am not reimbursed for the unused fuel. I feel this policy should be changed because that is a lot of money I wasted on unused fuel and everyone making a big move like this needs to save as much money as possible. Something to consider in the future for repeat customers.

QUINTON Bthe person that was at the drop off point had a hard time speaking English and was on the phone to a third party person and the hole time they were not speaking English and I had not clue what they were saying. if this is the way U haul is going to business I will not use them or refer then to some one else.

DUFF FThis location was already a extra 30minutes from my house so the amount of mileage was given to me wasn't even going to cover the trip to Atlanta. The lady at the location barely spoke English, she didn't want to mark down the items listed that we saw on the truck.. The worst experience ever!! STACIE Fdidn't have all of the items i had ordered a week in advance. couldn't understand the rep and couldn't answer my questions. directed me to another uhaul company.
ANTHONY GThe attendant needs to be able to rent the vehicle from this location. Instead, she instructs you that you have to drive to Highland Home and do the paperwork with her husband which is several miles away. If she can't do the paperwork on the computer, she needs to be given old fashioned hand bills like U-Haul used in the past to rent trucks. The set up at this location is very inconvenient.
