U-haul should be extremely grateful for the people they hire. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I went to drop off my auto transport at the wrong location and the guy helped me unattach and then re-attached it and directed me to the right location without any issues..he was extremely helpful. I am grateful for the help all u-haul employees gave me.

ALABAMIJI AI did mobile pick up and my rental truck and equipment was not ready for me. I had to wait 45 minutes to get the keys and barely made it back in time.
DAVID RNo U-Haul signage. I saw the truck and trailer inventory, but that was the only visible indication that I was at the correct location.
