Nice person,, but the rep had to call someone else to help check us in. To top this off-somehow we got charged for the safe move additional option which we specifically said we did NOT need. Now I have to fight this to see if I can get my $ back, which will require time and perhaps a BBB complaint. Also, U-haul changed our pick up location without our consent so we were stuck the day of. Not happy at all.
