Need a person at that location. Lock was rusty took forever to get the keys
Shari HU-HAUL drop off/rendezvous was 45 min. behind schedule. Upon arrival, had to follow courier to a nearby train station so they could catch a ride back to Ft. Worth, which was an added inconvenience. When we arrived at the station, it took me FOUR ATTEMPTS logging in and attempting to complete the virtual sign in on the app before it would accept the information I entered and move me along to next steps. Kept saying ‘there was an issue processing your information’. I’d already entered the information into the app beforehand which is why the whole sign in process was so frustrating for me. Ended up pushing our moving team back an entire hour and fifteen minutes. Thirdly, there was absolutely ZERO fuel left in the truck when I took possession of it. Barely had enough to make it to gas station. I topped it off but wasn’t refunded for the extra fuel left in tank when I returned the truck to my Shreveport drop point. Overall, U-HAUL got the job done, but there were so many issues with this process that I’m not sure I’d use again. Would prefer meeting at a Neighborhood Dealer and doing the transactions on-site to avoid any more technical issues. (!) Returning truck was easy, so that made up for things a bit. Why I’m giving it two stars instead of one. Definitely a work in progress.

Derrick DThe truck leaked and damaged items. It rained heavily on Friday night and not until we unpacked did we notice items soaking wet and my mattresses drenched in water. You may wish to inspect the truck. Otherwise, it drove nicely.
anna nThe location was clean, no dirt, no smells. I have no complaints. Our unit had an oil stain and there were no extra units to switch to so the employee offered to come over and mop up the mess. I appreciated it
