I'm so disappointed with this location. I rented a van from them on the morning of January 17th. When I arrived NO ONE was there. I called the number located in the confirmation and spoke to a young man who gave me the code on the lock to get the key out the back of the van. Once I opened the van everything looked fine I took pictures on the U-Haul App and video everything was cool. I brought it back that same evening. I took pictures of the dash board and the inside of the van...EZ Peezy so I thought. The next day I received my invoice they charged me a cleaning fee of $25, when contested he sent me a picture of a filthy van with a Home Depot receipt in it. I transport balloons in plastic bags I DID NOT go to Home Depot. When I sent him a photo of the van we took the night before (dated and timestamped) he assured me we'd be refunded the $25. It's been 4 months and I have not received a refund. I call at least twice a month and am told the same thing "I'll take care of it give me 10 minutes" then I never hear from them again. When I go to their "office" the building looks abandoned, there's never anyone there when I go. I don't hear from them until I call back and it's the same BS each time I call. It's unfortunate because they're so close to my house and I use U-Haul on a regular basis for my balloon business. I will never patronize them again, nor will I recommended this location to anyone. They're raggedy and lack integrity.

The customer service was great. The member made it very convenient for me to come in, pick up the truck, and be on my way. Very communicative and professional staff. This is a neighborhood-friendly location.

The guy here was great. Had everything cleaned out and equipment loaded before I showed up. Super helpful and there’s a drop box for after hour returns. Definitely would use this location again.

When we went to pick up the rental there was not an actual office, we had to speak to someone over the phone to get access to the in key on a lock on the gate. We had to go get gas before starting our job. When we returned the rental there was still no one in person and we had to drop off once again over the phone with instructions. When we returned home we get a call asking about mileage that was not discussed and we were so confused. We paid 107.67 for a cargo van that we did not want because they didn’t have a pickup truck, and it only covered for 10:30 to 1:30. So we had to rush. The next morning I get an alert from my credit card of U haul trying to make a transaction without us knowing. I will never use U-Haul for business again.

U-Haul gas tank was not full. They charged me for gas even though I returned it at a 1/4 tank which is what I started with. Poor business model taking advantage of customer filling up gas tank when it should be provided with a full tank in the beginning. I will be calling U-Haul customer service to give me a refund.

I appreciate the ability to call/ text and use the app. The representative was able to walk me through the process over the phone The app is very user friendly and easy to use. Thank you for an easy process.
