U-Haul wants you to click a link sent to you and upload a photo of the equipment when you pick it up. The problem with that is the system doesn’t work and tells you it’s uploading a picture that you may or may not have taken and never shows it’s uploaded. It was very cold the day I picked it up and I’m not standing out in the cold for this to maybe work. I feel this feature was very poor.
