Le trailer sentait le mouton et était sal. Il a fallu tout désinfecté le soir et ça nous a retardé de beaucoup. Et les lumières arrières ne fonctionnaient juste quand on breakait. Par contre Rapidité de disponibilité je n'ai rien à dire

CHRISTIAN SI am very happy with Les Boutique LVS! Great team! Here is my comment to U-Haul: It really pisses me off that I get to learn the initial location (The North Boro) was closed forever when I got there and not before. Why should I learn this while arriving there, when I get to validate de travel the day before with a U-Haul employee? This is so wrong. It gives the feeling U-Haul do not even know what locations are open and closed. Arrived at destination, I spent an hour on the phone waiting for someone to tell me what to do. I finally called Les Boutique LVS and they were OK with having the truck.

JOHN KThe U-Haul dealership is located in a Vape Store and although the clerk willingness to offer a good service, he was under instruction from his manager to serve clients of the Vape store first, so for a simple trailer rental, it took over half an hour to complete as the clerk had to drop everything as soon as a client for the Vape store was coming in. It didn't helped that the computer for the U-haul rental was in the back store and that the clerk was alone to serve both the vape store and U-haul rental services. Maybe having the U-Haul rental computer on the front desk and serving both type of clients in turn would improve the services greatly. Kudos to the clerk for doing his best under these conditions.
