This is the best Uhaul place to go for a rental with no problem and easy to deal with nothing is complicated, from the office to hook up of trailer i do reomend to do a detour to go and rent there thanks again Michel Rouleau ,

Bonjour à vous. Simplement pour vous faire part d’une situation VRAIMENT déplorable. J’ai toujours fait affaire avec vous (la 6ième fois) et pour moi, ce sera la dernière. J’avais réservé un camion (contrat 78754478) depuis environ 3 semaines pour samedi le 5 juillet. Moins de 24h à l’avance, on m’appel pour me dire que finalement, je n’aurai pas mon camion à l’endroit que je voulais aller le récupérer (wow pourquoi faire une réservation dans ce cas?) MAIS qu’on m’offre d’aller le récupérer à 40 minutes de chez … 40 MINUTES PLUS LOIN DE OÙ JE VAIS. Aucun considération de la personne au bout du fil. Je n’ai pas le choix de le prendre puisque je dois déménager, mais un déménagement est déjà quelque chose de très anxiogène, vous m’ajouter un stress immense en devant aller chercher le camion à 40 minutes. Je n’ai jamais vue ça … Dernière fois avec vous sans aucune hésitation
( considérant que ça va me coûter plus de 200$ demain pour le camion . Ridicule)

Have a comment about your Pick up and drop off apps. It’s always an issue with the drivers license photos and all.
Also had issues with your phone operators which seems incompetant to guide me with your apps.
Finally the fifth (5) operator was competant. It took over 1 hour to Pick up the truck and take photos in pouring rain.
Major pain in the ass!
Have been your customer for over 2 years and doubt if I will do buisiness with you again!
