The truck I rented was an American truck so the gages were in miles and not kilometers. Although I am of an age that was brought up in the old measurements younger renters may not be able to figure their speed or distance properly. The rental location should be aware of that and take it into consideration and ask the rentee if they are able to convert the readings.

J’ai louer le truck depuis 2 mois et la veille je regarde sur l’application et ça disais que j’avais rien à fallu je joue un cube qui me coutait plus cher et de plus je pouvais pas l’avoir le samedi comme je voulais ! Je j’ai eu le dimanche matin , ça fais 2x que ça arrive! Et la dernière fois pour s’excuser ils ont voulu me donner 50$ de crédits que j’ai jamais rien eu !!

le miroir du côté passager ne fonctionnait pas. Il a fallu que le passager tienne le miroir en place pendant 200 km avec la fenêtre ouverte. J'ai contacté U-Haul à Traffic U-Haul 514-684-3273et ils n'ont pas voulu me dédommager. vraiment décevant.

I asked if I could put another driver on and she said yes, but didn't take her driver's license. When I checked contract that was emailed it said only names on contract. Maybe clarify with location.

L'équipement était en bon état, propre et complet. Tout était prêt à l'heure juste. Le seul problême est que la préposée a fait le contrat au nom du chauffeur désigné et non au nom de la personne qui a fait la réservation et qui a payé (moi-même) la transaction de sorte que je ne peux pas utilisé le reçu tel que redigé actuellement pour mon impôt. Donc problême et déception.

I opted out of the damage coverage in my estimate and reservation, and it was added to my final invoice after being modified by the location. The vehicle's tailgate was opening randomly and damaged my personal property. I had informed them when I returned the vehicle. I sent them a message about the invoice and they never responded...

I command an Appliance hand truck and i didnt receive it. I spent 55 minutes on the phone to have access to the Keys of the truck. When I finally pick up my truck, it was empty in gas. The service was trash and very complicated.

Jai mentioner au clerk que le camion es a la moitier et non au 3/4 avec la preuve en photo. Jai rapporter le camion au meme niveau mais vous m'avec charger 38$ de gaz jai mis 40$ juste avant de le rapporter.

L'habitacle était sale et sentais le chien mouiller. L'essence était a la moitier donc difficile de pas en remettre trop ou pas assez au moment de le retourner. Le camion a clairement une fuite d'exaust car il fait le bruit d'un camion diesel. Parcontre l'arrière du camion était ok

We agreed for 0,99/km and when I arrived to pick-up the truck tne same lady that I made the reservation with told me that it was 1.19/km saying that 0,99$ was the price from Monday to thursday and week-end Friday to Sujnday 1,99/km. She argued that I phoned many tomes and that I have changed the pick-up date which I didn't and here's why: I had to hire an helper Saturday March 15th was the ONLY available date for him to help me. I use to be in business and I always respected my words... Sorry about that but it is what it is...

Young lady at the front desk was very nice. My only complaint is the price of the rental. 4 months ago the same trailer cost $118 and this time it cost $181? U haul, do better with your pricing.

Le commerce étant fermé (mauvaise information du commerce sur de l'heure d'ouverture) j'ai tenté d'utilisé la prise ne charge avec l'application UHaul et même endiscutant avec voud je n'arrivais pas à trouvé l'options ''Prendre en charge du véhicule'' pour avoir le code du cadenas. C'était la première fois que j'utilisais cette méthode. Ça bien été avec le camion qui venait de l'Arizona mais je crois bien que le moteur semble avoir besoin d'une mise au point. Tout c'est bien déroulé et je n'hésiterai pas à recommander Uhaul à mes amis et famille qui aurait besoin de louer un équipement de déménagement. Merci.

The help I recieved to download the app, and guide me threw the pick up service & registration was very good, the person that I was speaking too was excellent. As per the véhicule itself: The brakes on the véhicule were defective, if you braked over 70km an hour, the entire steering wheel would shake violently. Inadequate tires for winter snow conditions.
