Was difficult picking up due to the establishment not being open. That added an additional 30 minutes than expected causing me to have to have my movers waiting and pay extra for their time.

All of the accessories I purchased for my move including an appliance dolly, 2 wheel dolly’s, and 12 moving blankets were not in the truck I rented. I am very disappointed in the whole process of the app telling me one location has the truck I need. Then the day before my location gets changed and I don’t have what I need to move heavy furniture. All around an awful experience.
