The location owner was unethical and would not take any responsibility. I added an appliance dolly and furniture dolly. When I arrived he said his location never had those items. I was charged for not only the items I requested and they didn’t have onsite but also moving pads and another dolly and he wouldn’t take them off. I called uhaul and they removed them but when I delivered the truck, the items were back on the receipts and he lied. He lied about all the extra charges and kept saying “he wasn’t charging me!” He wouldn’t take any responsibility. There was an unethical, cultural difference. It was not a happy y experience and it left me in a situation of having to find a dolly on a Sunday. Customer Service with uhaul was great and understood my frustration and made things right before removing the excess charges added by the location.
