Shelia J.The Uhaul was parked by a fence where you're unable to get to the passenger side to accurately look at the vehicle to notate if any damage is present. There are dogs on the other side of the fence that barked non stop and continued to run in each direction I walked. It was a very scary experience for me. The vehicle was in great condition. Where the vehicle was parked produced anxiety for me as I was caught off guard when the dogs ran up to the fence and began to bark and growl. Please park it next to the trailers, away from the fence.

But he had a truck there and wouldn't let me get that one. Stating it was for his noon pickup. So in all had to call customer service. Waited at this location for 1hr. To finally get a truck. WILL NOT USE HIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!! I WILL HIRE SOMEONE BEFORE I GO BACK THERE. VERY POOR SERVICE

Stanley B.The appearance of this location is very rough - basically at junk yard. The gentleman who filled out the paper work was nice enough but apparently not very informed. He asked me where I would be dropping off the trailer and I told him that I wasn't sure of the location, but it would be around Kissimmee, FL. I told him I could go back to my truck to get the address but he told me no need - “it doesn't matter where you drop it offâ€. I dropped off the trailer this morning at Uhaul in Sanford, FL (north of Kissimmee) and the attendant informed me there is an additional drop-off fee because the document states Kissimmee. I tried to explain that the gentleman in Hampton, GA told me it didn't matter where I drop it off, but she said it does matter. She went on to explain that it's not the same county. It's not about the incremental $20 drop-off fee. It's about feeling like the gentleman just wanted to get me out of the office as fast as possible and not wanting me to go back to my truck to confirm the city. He should have taken the time to explain that it matters if Kissimmee is not in the same county. I would have gotten the address out of my truck. Maybe I missed it in the small print somewhere.
Brian R.I really like the people here. I did turn the truck in on time (but Uhauls mobile check in system would not work) and when the attendant came in he charged me for an extra day but I am sure Uhaul will get it sorted out.

WILLIAM H.I returned the equipment at 1:30 p.m. on the 12th of May. I got an email saying it was returned at 9:45 a.m. on the 13th and I was charged for an extra day. The attendant told me to drop it in the back and said I was good. Apparently, he didn't check it in until the next day. Ridiculous.
Thomas S.This is a very unpleasant Uhaul location. The guy who runs it is very rude and does not care to help you. The truck ran terrible and it sounded like the wheels were going to fall off. I will never use this location again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Shawn B.The truck had ants in the cab. We were constantly looking over our shoulder to make sure the ants weren't climbing on us. I would suggest another parking spot for the trucks. Currently they are parked near a bush where there's a pit bull barking at you.
Carletta C.Truck was parked too close to vegetation. The trucks cab and cargo area was infested with Ants. My loading was delayed by a couple hours because I had to buy a pesticide and wait for all the ants to die before I could load.

He also failed to look up my reservation, but rather tried to get me as a walk in client. I had a reservation for 11am and didn't leave his location until 3 hours later. He has made my time with uhaul very unpleasant and possibly would never use uhaul services again due to this.

Kenneth T.I dropped off a 26 footer here at this location. I made sure I took a picture of the gas tank and kept the gas receipt upon filling the vehicle gas back to where I got it at. This company charged me 36.00 extra without notice. There were no signs as to where to park the Uhaul or a driveway. Ghetto environment.

Lee T.Customer service was poor. I had transmission trouble after hauling the trailer from New York to Georgia and I purchased the $40 insurance which was of no help because I requested to have assistance from uhaul to take trailer off of my vehicle and return to drop off site 15 minutes away and I was told I would be charged through road side assistance for a tow. In addition I was charged an additional $5 for toll charges although I used my own ezpass through out the entire trip and this charge was made with out my authorization and I contested the charge before it was deducted and still no one has followed up with me. Not happy with the service at all.
