Had a reservation for a truck at Mia Cargo and when I arrived they couldn't expedite my reservation due to problems with recieving payment. Had to call 1-800 to find another place and waited 45 minutes meanwhile the movers were waiting at my home. Mia Cargo complained about U Haul sending them clients knowing they can't process payment.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The truck was a one flat tire and not fixedly. In this location no pads available.

This U-haul Location is in a Gad Station, there’s problems with parking space. There’s Car wash next to this Station. And they Rent the U-haul’s Parking space. When we arrive to park the Van, we couldn’t park right. The Car wash takes must of the U-haul Parkin Space. And the Manager didn’t do anything. I’m Not recommend this Location for Uhaul rentals.

I was charged 3 times the reservation fee. It was a debit card and this put me in the red. I called customer service and they advised me that they would review it and get back to me in 72hrs. Unacceptable.

The van was not clean on the inside. The tire pressure was low by over 20#. But the staff was very courteous and helpful. If the tire pressure would have been to specs and the inside cleaned it would have made it into 5 stars.

I made my reservation for the application and when I arrived at the location I had chosen it was closed despite the fact that according to the website information were still open, I made a change to a new store and when the rearvate arrived they did not appear. I decided that they would take the data again ... they forced me to take the insurance even though I know it is not obligatory to take it, I have rented with you many times and it never happened to me and then they told me again that it was obligatory to block 30 miles so I was not going to travel that when I returned to return with the actual miles they gave me back the money ... They should all work under the same policies is part of the customer service ... I am very dissatisfied today with the service

He staff was very nice and efficient, the only thing I disliked was the location. There is barely parking for the trucks and it’s very difficult to maneuver since it’s in a gas station. The service was fast and I would absolutely rent from there again.

The gas station is no longer Liberty Gas and looks different as well. I believe it's new name is Westar. This information should be changed on the site. I drove past it because I was looking for a different business name.

I should reviewed the total charges before I left the station. Just released I was charged $ 14.00 for Safe move ,I believe is the insurance, which I do not accepted. How or where I could ask for a refund? Thanks you Edgard Santos

Staff was friendly only one lady when I arrived wa tending to gas charges and the uhaul computer, after another lady came in and made the process go smooth. The truck had low tire pressure & check engine light was also on. Regarding Uhaul as a whole, the location that was supposed to have my truck available did not have it, I had to drive 6 miles to and from to pick up the truck overall I drove 19 miles, and 12 of those were just to pick up the truck. Uhaul did not offer any kind of compensation for the aggravation.

STill waiting for a manager to call me back. The location denied to rent the track without signing a blank equipment existing damages. I had to call in and spend 1 hour to get customer service to resolve the issue. I was promised a call from a manager never received anything

They were rude ans tries to charge me extra because the van was dirty before I rented it. Then prpceeded to carry out the process and it took over an hour to finish my contract. Worst experience ever.

The price for the truck was a good and customer service was outstanding as well but the equipment was dirty and not maintained. The inside of the cabin was old and outdated, missing arm rests and air vents. Major improvements are needed on the trucks

When we picked up the truck the mileage was off by one mile compared to the print out that was given to me. I went back inside to let them know. The attendant said it would be corrected and when the truck was returned I was charged for the one mile. The money is not the issue, is the principal. I was told it would be corrected and it wasnt. Needless to say I would not use UHaul again-not from this location.

We had a problem when the rental was returned. every 3 months the non profit organization that I coordinate rents a small uhaul to move and ship donations received to send to Haiti. When we returned the rental the attended stated that they needed to charge us for 2 days of rental because we had arrived later than the time we stated a reservation time. I was always our understanding that the rental time was for 24 hours after great discussion the attended reduced the price but I was greatly concern because if this was the happen in the future we could no longer use rent from uhaul.

This the second time that I use the company. Though it is convenient. Both of the times the trucks had been dirty and in bad shape. This last one was showing the check engine signal. The alignment was poor, it pulls to your right. So you have to be double careful. Well until there is not other company that provides the same service. I will use. U-Haul. Best regards.

van was very dirty and smells of gasoline and the black gasket for the back doors is missing; needed van for two days but returned it after one afternoon expect replacement van in the morning of 11/12 8am

Well first of all the attention was not the best.. then I was charge for insurance when I have renters insurance with full coverage, then when I ask for that to be removed they say they could no do it, that I have to leave in cash the same amount of my deductible, that's ridiculous. Then they tell well call corporate...! I think that is rude and customers should not be treated that way, specially That I have an Event company and I'm constantly renting U-haul equipment. You should re-train these people how to provide customer service. Also I was charge an extra mile and it's not about the extra mile which is $0.59 cents it's the principal. I will never rent at that place again and will not recommend it either.!
