Liberty Tag & Title does not look like a U Haul location. It is poorly stocked and poorly labeled as a U Haul location. However, the service provider was pleasant and professional.DARTANGAN E.

I was given 1 price in person and at the time of rental. Then when returned properly I was charged an additional $300 which was not discussed or even spoken of. This was crazy and poor business practices. I am wondering how a well know company can rob their customers. Had I been given a $500 estimate I would have NEVER used the rental. Im reporting this to the Better Business BureauJaney L.

I had an issue with the combo lock malfunctioning and there was no instructions to reset; it had to be cut off which cost me several hours of travel time; you might want to look into this.Pamela S.

I was charged $70 and they also debited additional $32.68 for using van for just 3hrs and insurance was not included for that matter.. This is same amount I paid for Enterprise van for 24 hrs and it includes insurance. I won't accept it.chukwunalu U.
