Ademola AIt would be really nice if I understood that the reservation pickup location and drop off location was not firm. Both got changed on me by text! It seems that a contract is not a contract. If the site was more clear on the loosey-goosey way things are done upfront, I would not have expected the reservation to be firm. I ended up returning the trailer before I got the text requesting me to drop it off at a different location. Silly me for following written instructions. It worked out in the end, though.

Loretta KPls let there be reserved parking lots for use by U Haul customers... I had difficulty finding a parking space upon returning the truck. Apart from parking issues , I had a swell experience and won't mind going back when I have need or recommending someone else
okenna oThe location I picked up the truck did not do a walk thru with me because they were about to close. They were very rushed. When I got in the truck I noticed the mirror was broken and the gas meter reflected a different amount that was on my contract. It was less. The whole way to my new destination the truck kept trying to stall out on me and I had to keep stopping to turn it on and off. The truck was not is driveable condition. Having the side mirror broken was also very dangerous.

Keiana WWhen a reservation is in the system and and it’s time to pickup using the automated/electronic system, the verification process should not include, having to call another person to verify someone’s identity, use passport information, or call my job to verify me just to rent a truck for personal moves. This is a U-Haul issue to correct not this locations issue. Thank you!
Kevin GDrop off point was ok and the attendant was great. Same for the pickup point too. It's the App that kills the whole experience. No matter how many pictures I took of my freaking dashboard it never worked.
Shondale GI received a call in the morning telling me that they that they had computer problems, so they decided to go home and I would have to do a lock box pick up. I had to spend a half hour on line trying to get the lock box open and getting the key
MICHAEL BThey gave me a uhual truck with a check engine light on. They didn’t know what was wrong with it but told me I should be fine. They didn’t come out with me to the truck to confirm the lights and turn signals worked. There was some small trash in the back cargo bay.

Trenee TLiberty Tag & Title does not look like a U Haul location. It is poorly stocked and poorly labeled as a U Haul location. However, the service provider was pleasant and professional.
DARTANGAN EI was given 1 price in person and at the time of rental. Then when returned properly I was charged an additional $300 which was not discussed or even spoken of. This was crazy and poor business practices. I am wondering how a well know company can rob their customers. Had I been given a $500 estimate I would have NEVER used the rental. Im reporting this to the Better Business Bureau

Pamela SAs a U-haul customer whose utilized your services, my recent experience at Liberty Tag & Title was unprofessional and not personable as it pertains to matters of communication and how you address customers. Listening to the customer is an essential skill especially for those that have a history of doing business with you; if you offer a personable experience and great customer service, you will not only make the customer happy to do business with you again but can also gain referrals by word of mouth.
Nancy HI was charged $70 and they also debited additional $32.68 for using van for just 3hrs and insurance was not included for that matter.. This is same amount I paid for Enterprise van for 24 hrs and it includes insurance. I won't accept it.
