Peter FLidtke very professional 5 stars. Scoring is for U-Haul Wisconsin traffic center (Ross) which is the worst negative infinity stars. After years of renting from U-Haul likely will never rent from them again knowing how the employees have gotten so bad.
Carolyn MThe reservation experience was poor. When it was made online it just changed and I had no follow up as to why there was no truck available. I eventually just cancelled the other reservation. The automatic system tried pushing me to a location over 26 miles away and I would have spent quite a bit of money in just mileage and fuel.

Kurt SWhen we arrived, we were trying to do the pick up process on the mobile app and the app kept restarting itself, making me redo the process a couple of times. When we got to the part to get our truck via the truck number the app provided us, our truck was not there. We sat there for an hour trying to just pick up the truck. Other than that, the truck was clean & easy to use.
MARIAH HBoth windows in this truck need to be resealed. It's awful. Drove 5 hours in. A wind tunnel. Sounded like the windows were rolled down
Thomas NThe truck ran great and fuel consumption was far less than anticipated. Tallying up the charges, after the truck is returned, the agent should be clear and concise, not mumbled and jumbled with a lot of useless information added in, which causes confusion. Font size should be larger on contract/final bill. I returned the truck a day earlier than anticipated, which didn't bother the agent. All in all, everything went exceptionally well.

Sharon SI didn’t like how I had to download the app and log in. And I didn’t realize it was a 24/7 no contact pick up. Took me awhile to get the app to work and I had to get help from a U-Haul phone rep. Wasn’t pleased with the process, but I was finally able to get the truck which was what I needed to do.
