GARY CTim Welch did an excellent job taking care of me. Everything was ready to go. Everything worked and Tim was very quick to help. Not a very long process and I will rent again in the future from Tim. I will recommend my friends, relatives, and neighbors do too!

TIMOTHY NI had to pay for a ride and drive 45 minutes in horrible weather because the Beaver Dam location decided they didn't have my truck after it was reserved since November 17th. So.... How do I get my $50.00,,?

FRANK BService was great! Very friendly people. Knew their jobs and did them well. Were knowledgeable about their vehicles. A truck was obtained from a neighboring town for me. It was there when i checked in as per my reservation and was in good working order. Would use this location again. ❤️

DENNIS WWhen we called one of the U-haul places here, the owner took the time to find the trailer we needed. He did not have any on his lot, but said another local dealer had the trailer we needed. He made all the reservations for us over the phone so it was easy to pick up the next day at the other dealer. The gentleman at the location we picked up the trailer at was pleasant, efficient and answered all of our questions. He showed us how to use the auto transport and stood out in the rain to make sure everything was secure. Then when we brought the trailer back later that day, the same person helped to get the trailer back into the parking stall and disconnected everything for us. It was a good experience.

The experience made me uncomfortable and unwilling to use their services again. Also the vehicle was not at a full tank when I got it. But I was asked to return it to all the way full.
