I would not recommend anything because service, helpfulness, professionalism, customer relations from Lynn was phenomenal. It was truly a pleasure and would highly recommend this Life Storage facility so others can experience outstanding customer service.

The service at this location was good. However, it wasn't explained to me that I could pick up the truck and use a code to get keys and drive away without speaking to someone. Never explained and never saw it in an email. My location was moved to Hillsborough from Basking Ridge which was an inconvenience. If you request a location you expect to pick up your truck at that location. I would rate Uhaul a C+.

I'm not sure of her name but the worker there was unprofessional and rude. Today I dropped off my truck a half an hour late because it is hailing outside. She called me every 5 minutes and told me to just drop off the truck without fueling because they booked the truck to someone else right after me. She yelled at me on the phone and was very rude when I dropped it off. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are unprofessional and unkind. She told me she didn't care and she knows the weather sucks. What an awful experience! Never again!

Make sure to tell clients at this location where the key drop box is! We couldn't find it until I messaged through U-Haul chat because I wasn't sure and had no directions after my order closed. Luckily U-Haul help knew but we had no idea and this took a 10 minute drop off to 30 minutes, later in the evening, which wasn't expected due to not knowing where to drop the key off.

Posted Rates are misleading, mileage charge is outlandish, and the NJ Domestic Security Fee is just another gimmick to get more money for something that doesn't do anything but put more money in the government's pockets.

Don't charge for gas even though the gas has been refilled and please let the customers know before hand that there will be additional charges if they use credit cards.

Top Notch Service. The Manger Lynn greeted my family and I graciously and professionally. I had a 8 am pickup, but was waiting to let traffic cool down. When she arrived on the property, she asked about my reservation, and immediately offered her assistance. She was extremely knowledgeable and patiently listened to and answered all of my questions pertaining to my one way rental. I would definitely recommend this location in a heartbeat!!!

I would recommend this location except for the fact that the truck cabin was filthy and when I called to let them know the reply was "it happens sometimes when we have high turnover". (The moving crew -- from MovingHelper -- could not believe that they rented the truck in such condition.)

Driver/Passenger side of the truck was not clean on the floor. I understand it was returned during the weekend and didn't get a chance to get cleaned - perhaps they should let the customer aware of it prior to renting out like all other factors (Gas level, mileage, etc).

We were not advised of the additional charges applicable to our bill. The only reason we chose Uhaul was because it was meant to be cheaper than white glove delivery service from an expensive furniture store. It ended up being almost $30 more. They say you have to reflll the tank before bring it it back. We have driven a total of 23 miles (according to the mileage screen in the truck and the bill) and when we refilled the tank we were charged for 4 gallons meaning we paid for the previous user's driving. The process of getting the truck was not easy and I would never recommend getting a Uhaul. It is a waste of money, they upcharge you on everything. We ended up paying $115 for 30 minutes of use. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This business should go bankrupt. I will tell everyone I know to never rent one. The worst business and customer service ever. They will lie to you and not disclose the additional charges.

Very friendly staff! Fantastic hours (till 6pm on a Saturday). Both Google-Maps and Apple Maps sucked at getting me to this location - going south on Rt 206. Very tricky.

eveything was great from start to finish. great vehicle(van) & great location.Renting A U-haul at Life Sorage is easy & makes sense.

The clean return fee should also protect the customer. The inside of the van's windshield appeared to have not been cleaned for weeks. It didn't bother me in daylight, although I did notice it. After dark when I was leaving the event I attended the first oncoming car's headlights were blinding. Not acceptable at all.
