UHAUL app was very tedious and time consuming to obtain keys to truck. I called UHAUL for assistance and it took over 45 minutes to retrieve keys. I ordered moving blankets but was not in truck. Inside of truck was dirty and had debris

The truck windshield wiper blade was broke and I was not able to drive the truck due to the rain. When I was dropping the truck off the rep walked passed me and left- I was there at 3:02 on Saturday- I understand it was 2 minutes passed but to drive off fast as I parked the truck was horrible customer service.

Getting charged for 90 dollars worth of fuel when I traveled 36 miles using 3/16ths of a tank is ridiculous

If the facility could not forget to put the keys in the lock box that would be great. Especially when customer comes a long way to pick up a specific truck. Also fix your fence, I had to contact the sheriffs office to let me out, this was before the 10PM cutoff time so there was no excuse.

First made reservations for a truck from another location, because they said this was the nearest one to have the size I wanted. Get there the representative could not find the reservations no where in the system. After about an hour we finally got a truck. Returned the truck Fours later with gas,.parked took pictures dropped key in box. Did all that for them to be blowing up me phone Tuesday morning bc Monday was an holiday talking about the truck late, and I owe $149......it's too much technology out here now a days for this to be happening.

This truck was. Not safe to drive and broke down in the middle of the street. I also had to take a $25 Uber ride home
