I paid $200! Just for a Uhaul rental in cash payment. I rather go online or in the actual Uhaul store to rent a Uhaul for $100. This is ridiculous.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The online truck reservation was easy and fast. The employees were kind and courteous on the morning I picked up the rental. The facility was welcoming and clean and the truck, itself, was in immaculate condition. I originally reserved the truck for 6 hours, but ended up needing to keep it until the following day. The online process to extend the reservation was just as easy as the first time, and the regular notification updates kept me well informed and confident in the communication process. Drop off the following day was hassle free and the final balance was exactly what I was told it would be, showing no unexpected surprise charges to my card. I highly recommend using this business for your next truck rental!

They charged me for a full tank of gas and some ridiculous fees, my truck was supposed to be discounted and wasn’t. Then I wanted a location closer and safer to me and the rep told me they were closed for construction I can see it from my house!

The location was very difficult to maneuver the truck due to the size of the parking lot and the busy convenience store. I was not given any immediate receipt of returning the truck and was nervous about handing the keys over to someone in that convenience store who didn’t ask my name or confirmation number. I was quite nervous until I received the confirmation email several hours later.

When I arrived my location in Wauwatosa, I found that the right tire on the trailer was nearly flat. It registered about 10 pounds of pressure and clearly looked underinflated. I didn't check when we picked it up because I assumed the dealer would have done that. From the apartment, I pulled it carefully to a nearby gas station and inflated it to about 55 psi. My gauge only goes to 50 psi, and I didn't want to risk overinflating the tire. I then drove 75 miles to Ripon. The next morning, I drove another 25 miles to Oshkosh. The dealer there checked the tire , and it still held 55 psi. It should have been properly checked and inflated before I picked it up.

The only problem we had was that the facility was full. they had 5 trucks and there really wasn't a place for us to park. I went inside the business and the gentleman told me to park it on the side in front of the store. Just took awhile to return.

The man that runs the place was so rude and he was yelling that African Americans stole his country that his family had been here in America for over 1400 years just very scary and rude. I will never send any American to that man and his wife . I really think their partnership should be over . I really would like to file a report on him for harassment and discrimination cause he definitely tried to destroy my character.
