This is a convenient pickup location, but the internet signal is terrible. I waited almost a full hour just to get my approval. Customer service also took an extremely long time to respond. When I was ready to leave, the app wouldn’t accept the photos I was taking of the truck, so I spent almost another half hour dealing with that. Honestly, it was a complete waste of time. I spent more time waiting to receive the code to access the truck keys than I did actually moving.
