We didn't have it reserved and walked in the store at the last minute to rent. The guy behind the counter was so nice and helpful! He explained the cost and was very informative. Thank you!

Not anything to do with the pickup location at all - just uhaul as a whole. I have rented several trucks and this experience was not at all satisfactory. A cross country move would require more time to know the scheduled pick up time cannot be accommodated. I already had movers on both ends set up, flight back (was helping my elderly father move - who couldn’t handle the details/move) and overall details set up weeks in advance. Finding out last minute the truck I booked wouldn’t be available until hours after I had movers booked and their schedules set, was a HUGE issue to reschedule. Having to look for new flights and ask for another day off from work - a HUGE issue. I understand in town moves - not as big of a deal - BUT cross country moves require a lot of coordination and planning as it’s a one and done shot to get it completed. Can’t take extra trips if a smaller truck is all that’s available. Saying the only option for the needed 26’ truck was a 10’ box truck and trailer was an unacceptable suggestion as well as completely unfeasible as a “fix”. Very disappointed with this booking and service.

Overall one of the top uhaul renting experiences and at a gas station so was easy to fill back up when I was done.

Alyssa ZI paid for a furniture dolly and didn’t receive it. The sales associate/uhaul representative had no clue what he was doing and had to call someone to figure out how to pull up my reservation. I’m highly disappointed in my experience with U-Haul and definitely will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out
