I overestimated the amount of gas needed. I filled and drooped it off with 1/2 a tank extra. I was told you do not rebate for gas. You charge if it's dropped off with less gas, but don't refund if it is dropped off with extra. This is a policy that shows very poor customer service and takes advantage of a mistake by the customer. It ruined what was overall good experience.Corey S.

Sam at the Lincoln RV Auto and Boat Storage was perfect and so helpful. BUT every single UHAUL employee I had to deal with was unhelpful. UHAUL needs to fix which moving companies they work with to provide better services. There is NO reason a ubox should be six days late!Andrea S.
Truck was not cleaned out prior to rental. I was told she would knock $5 off each day (2 days total $10). Didn't happened. Then when my daughter returned the truck The lady wanted to argue with her about a cash payment. You took my debit card And pre held the funds before I even left in the truck After multiple times repeating my name. The worker realizes she is looking at the wrong rental agreement and apologized. Horrible experience. They didn't ship my things when they supposedly sent an email telling me they did. My things arrive 5 days late after the guaranteed arrival. I kept calling customer service to ask them what happened and where my things were but they couldn't seem to give me an answer. Definitely won't be using U-Box again.Celeste G.
