Guy wasn’t even there he was working via a ring camera and forgot to put our dolly’s that we reserved in the truck so even though we could see them in the store he would not come unlock the store during business hours to let us have them.

My rental was originally supposed to be from a different location from 9am-3pm on Saturday. I received a call on Saturday morning letting me know that my rental would not be available at the requested day and time, but that the Linda Vista location had a van for me. They updated my location, which I appreciated. I was relying on having moving blankets for my move, which the Linda Vista location did not have so I was refunded. After I was handed the keys, I was informed I was to have the rental through 8am the next day, which I had assumed meant the extension was comped due to the inconveniences. I thought back to a few minutes earlier when I was paying, and the total was significantly more than I was quoted when I made the reservation. I pulled away and I should've said something as I didn't need the van past 3pm that day, but decided to take the hit and just leave it be. I would've appreciated more transparency in the duration of my rental prior to me being charged and given the keys.

Truck was very dirty windshield wipers.Don't clean the window vehicle pools.Really hard to the left.If you let go of the cinema unsafe to drive

this location was great, but my reservation was totally useless at the original location. Why take a reservation, if you don't honor it? This happened last year as well, so not a good trend.

Windows and mirrors were dirty. I don't like having the fact of no one there to return my vehicle or even rent it I don't like all this technology crap. What happened to the human touch?

No personnel available for return. I did all the work and was still charged for being 1 hour late at an exorbitant rate. Again, I'll be using another service next time.

I got stuck in the freeway for 2hrs and I got rated extra. The tire light had came on and the next thing I hear a pop. The vehicle wasn't properly tooken care of and like I said I got charged more for it. Ridiculous

I had reserved the van at a location close to me. The location was changed a few days before pick-up and I wasn't notified. I happened to see the location change when I checked in online, otherwise I would have gone to the wrong location. The rest was good, service at the new location was quick and helpful.

So easy and quick! The girl who helped me was very nice and efficient as well. The van itself was clean and easy to drive; the close proximity of this Uhaul pickup location made it a no-brainer! The price was right and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent another Uhaul van for any transport needs! Thank you!

everything went fine here but i was only given 11 blankets and i paid for 12. also the truck had some issues. the blinker kept blinking after the turn and the oil light came on when i loaded the truck.

My reservation was not prepared; i,e, the truck wasn't preloaded with the optional items I requested. I also did not get the dolly I requested (got wrong size). Plus, after leaving with the truck, come to find out it had been vandalized (hole in gas tank) Terrible experience.

Get your scheduling and location assignments corrected!! My original location was changed to Mini Mart for the same 9:00 AM pickup. When I got there the owner didn't have a 15 foot truck for me. He called your customer service number to fix the problem. After 20 minutes I was told my pick up wasn't until 5:30 on both his screen and customer service screen. I showed him my email showing him that my pick up was for 9:00 AM and drop off was 5:00 PM. So, they finally found my another place not even a half mile away!!!! Linda Vista Moving had a number of 15 footers and I was taken care of wonderfully.

I reserved a 15' truck a month prior, yet it was given a 10' truck. It was truly an inconvenience. i will NEVER use U-Haul & encourage others to use a different service also
