Great service!!
Vivien GFill up the gas tank before someone rents the truck. They say to bring it back with the same amount of gas but when the tank wasn't full to begin with you yry to guess how much to put in. I turned in with more gas than what they gave it to me with.
Michelle JOwner was never around. When I had an issue with the key, he was rude on the phone, would not let me finish sentences, and was generally not pleasant on the phone.
Brenda WThe windshield wipers were broken and it was pouring rain. The representative told us it would be a $40 service fee for the mud that was left behind or we can pay $25 cash . Even though inside the truck it says the cleaning fee would be $25.

I had to be on the convenience store phone with him and then had to walk into a creepy care wash to get the dolly and the correct dolly was not even there so I had to take an appliance dolly that was far too heavy for me and load it. We could not even use it because it was not what we needed. Truck was dirty and did not look like it had been washed in forever.

Kimberly GCustomer service at location pick up was good. But then I had to speak to someone through the phone. I was also charged for a dolly and dozen of covers which they didn’t have at location. Wanted me to drive 6 miles to pick them up if I needed them. Yet, I was still charged for it even though I told the guy in the phone to remove the charges since he didn’t have any at location. The rental had broken glass inside. Wasn’t cleaned or anything. Very disappointed at the service.

The ac only worked when it wanted to when my husband accelerated the ac got hot very upset and very unhappy will not EVER go back to this location also the lady at the store had to call her boss and I had to wait for him to call back to the store so he can check me in the whole time I was on the phone with him he was telling me to hold on cause he was on another phone taking a call multiple time I had to repeat my self

David FI had to speak to someone on the phone when i picked up the uhaul. i couldn't hear it understand him. He told me to go look in the truck to see if the dolly i ordered was in the there. it wasn't. He told me you'll have to call customer service and track one down because he doesn't have one. picking up the U-Haul took almost an hour because his phone would lose connection and then he'd have to call back. Then i had to call customer service about finding a dolly and that took 20 minutes while they put me on hold and said that there was a dolly 40 minutes away. that's not how you do things. i reserved a dolly and a truck. i should have received a dolly and a truck. Moving day and i had to do it without a dolly. Then i needed more time and bc i reserved 6 hours but with the pick up taking so long and moving without the equipment i ordered it took longer and they were going to charge me extra. I will never use uhaul again and i will never forget today.

Gustavo Vmy original drop off was Humpherys tires in Luling. When you put the info in you sent me on goggle, it sent me back to lockhart. We couldn't find it. We tried to call Humpherys and there 24 hour number, they didn"t answer. We returned it in Lockhart, sense we were there. Please make sure the next customer puts in uhauls in luling and not Humpherys like i was told by my confirmation number, so the directions will be right and there not back tracking at night when the deer are on the highway. Thank you.
dana lI am a very unhappy customer so I doubt this will ever see the light of day. I am being charged for 145 miles driven when actual miles driven were only 60 miles. I drove 29 miles to pick up a dining table and chairs and bring it back to my home, The gps map clearly shows it 29 miles each way. Clearly a scam where the mileage out cannot be seen on this truck because of a message saying the right front tire is low and needs air. It is a fuse/control box issue. The tire clearly does not need air but, as a result of this message appearing where the mileage should display, the driver is not able to see the beginning mileage. Clearly a scam and I am a wise woman and I can smell a scam a mile away. Additionally, I was charged $28 for a safe plan?? which I did not order, and was 30 mins late and charged for another full day rental when they could see me at the gas pump putting gas in their truck. The total charge was $212 for a 4 hour rental. I fully intend to file a complaint with BBB, the Texas Attorney General, Consumer Protection Div, and Consumer Reporting Agencies. VELMA BTook an hour to get the truck even though I pre-registered and paid in advance. Plus nobody would ever tell me where to drop the truck off at so I guessed.
Rick TLocation was out of the way from the original pickup location where I had my reservation. It took an extra 50ish miles round trip and an extra 2 hours to just go pick up this truck.
Christopher DThe cab smelled terrible of cigarettes. I tried to disinfect with Lysol and even put a box of baking soda into the cab to absorb the odor. It did not help. The cab stunk for the duration of the trip. Very disappointed.
