The cab and the back the truck were dirty. When I picked it up the operator didn’t even tell me the location of the U-Haul place it was not in the town I gave her this place is way out of the way no cell service to even pick up/drop off the truck in the app When I called the facility no one spoke English and kept hanging up on me

The system here just runs off of using your phone and cell service to check in and check out the equipment. Typically this is fine but the location is in an area with very low cell service for some wireless carriers

Picking up my rental was a nightmare and took over an hour. Their computer system was super slow and took 30 minutes to just get our paper work done. When I went out to hook up the trailer they had a box truck blocking the trailer and had to be told that it was in the way. Once the truck was moved. The trailer had a car battery stuck underneath it which I had to remove before I could even hook up the trailer. The trailer was parked in a dip so the jack could not raise high enough to be hooked up and I had to use a block and jack stand I happened to have with me. If I wouldn't have had my own tools I could not have taken the trailer. During my rental the trailer had a hub failure due to lack of maintenance and left me stranded on the side of a highway for 4 hours. Thankfully no one was hurt or killed by their faulty equipment. I'm extremely dissatisfied.
