The customer service from this location clerk was beyond disappointing and unprofessional. I selected self service, but there must have been some kind of glitch because the app told me to go to the desk and ask the clerk for help with the code for the lock box. He told me there was nothing on the screen and that’s it. I tried to handle things on my end, got someone on the phone from Uhaul who asked me to pass the phone to the clerk. He said again, there’s nothing i can do. This time, he didn’t even look. He genuinely didn’t care. I spoke with others in the building, my mother who was with me, and the representative on the phone and we all agreed that he just did not care at all and didn’t even try to help me in this scenario when I, the customer, was doing WAY more than him. This made me late for my rental reservation as well as my mover reservation by 20 minutes, which cost me time and money. I would not recommend this location for that, alone.

Charged way too much to go 24 miles

Kasey WWe requested a specific size U-Haul for the amount of stuff that we had. The owner could not find the keys so he gave us the bigger option, but no straps so our stuff was subject to potentially being moved on the drive & getting damaged. We also reserved 6 furniture blankets, which he could not find so we were not given them. He didn't charge us for them, but they would've been nice to have. He also seemed more concerned selling us smoking items than helping us with our truck rental.
